We are sending further information about the meeting in Bamako and the proposed agenda. There is a small change on the dates of the meeting, which now includes October 3rd as a day for carrying out a Seminar on Methodology. So, it is important to schedule your arrival for September 29th and departure for the 3rd at night or 4th in the morning. Below, you will find the proposed agenda for the meeting

September 30

Morning : Accreditation and Arrival

2 to 6 pm
Information on the 3 Polycentric Events and IC commissions that will be attending the meeting. Debate on the proposal for WSF Events' dates.

October 1st

9 am to 6 pm
1. Website and WSFtools: commons tools for the 3 Polycentric Events
2. Window Events: to link the 3 Polycentric Events
3. Communication: communication plan for 3 events and communication with public in general
4. Territory and Logistics
5. Calendar (consultation; registrations, etc.)

October 2nd

9 am to 6 pm : Mali Event and perspectives for 2007

October 3rd

9 am to 6 pm
A day for carrying out a Seminar on Methodology. As some IC members will attend the meeting, the idea is to have a seminar with the social movements and networks that are members of the Mali Organizing Committee to broaden the debate about the methods and the WSF process.

Probably, some meetings will be held with the local movements and with an artistic group that might participate and spread news about the WSF, plus some interviews on radio and on TV. The IC members should take part in these activities.

Also, there will be an activity to launch the WSF 2006 Polycentric in Mali, along with a press conference.
