The IC meeting will be developed from March 19 to 22, from 9 am to 6 pm. The last plenary occurs in the 22nd morning. In the afternoon, a meeting among the IC and organizations from Kenya and from other African countries will take place. The general agenda for the IC is:

2. WSF 2007 in Nairobi (Kenya):
a) Reports from the Organizing Committee and the Secretariat
b) Methodology, mobilization, communication, finances, translation, logistics and infra-structure.
3. Discussion on the post-WSF 2007
4. International Council's architecture and expansion
5. International Council's chronogram for 2006 and 2007
